What are the shipping costs?

Packages Netherlands: Ordered on working days before 17.00, the next day at home (excluding the Wadden Islands)

Belgium and Germany packages: Delivery within three working days (excluding the Wadden Islands)

Orders that are ordered on Saturday after 4:00 PM will only be processed the following business day (Monday).
For the other countries, shipping will take a few days longer!

When will my order be delivered?

We have most products in stock. Orders that arrive before 5:00 pm are processed the same day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is shipped. As soon as Post NL picks up the packages you will receive an email with the track and trace code so that you can track the package.

Not at home?
If the shipment cannot be delivered because no one is found at the delivery address, the shipment will be returned to the depot. The consignee is informed of the delivery by means of a notification, which is left at the delivery address. This also shows the options for a second delivery and / or the pick up of the shipment. If the recipient does not respond within 5 working days after the first delivery, the shipment will be sent back to We will charge extra for the shipping costs to resend the package.

Have it delivered to a different address?
It is possible to have your order delivered to a different address. You can indicate this when ordering.

Service and PostNL - Collection points
In cooperation with PostNL, we also offer the possibility to collect your package at one of the many Service and Collection points that can be found everywhere in the Netherlands. PostNL has more than 2000 of these collection points, so there is always a collection point in your area. Think for example of a, Bruna, Jumbo, Albert Heijn, or a Chore. This option can be selected in the SHIPPING METHOD step, after you have entered your details.
